The Approach
Developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger in 1978, this is an integrative therapeutic approach that synthesizes psychoanalysis, somatic therapy, family therapy, and phenomenology. This method is rooted in a profound inquiry into our "Yes" to existence. It is a brief, solution-focused method that reveals the hidden dynamics shaping our relationships, health, success, and happiness.
Systemic Constellation posits that no individual exists in isolation; rather, we are all integral parts of a larger "system," such as a family, organization, or community. Within these systems operate invisible dynamics that Hellinger identified as the "Orders of Love."
When these orders are disrupted, entanglements occur, often manifesting in members or future generations as recurring negative life patterns, psychological distress, or physical ailments.
A Systemic/Family constellation work supports clearer orientation in life where blocked visions can move into concrete direction and action.
Your Facilitator
Invited co-facilitator Huai-Tzu Kuo: Counsellor / Somatic Practitioner / Dynamic Meditation Trainer. Certified Trainer by IAG, Certified Constellator by the Hellinger School, and Certified Breathwork Therapist in Diamond Breath Therapy. She has completed approximately 4,000 hours of professional training across Taiwan, Germany, India, Canada, Mexico, and Italy.

A Systemic / Family Constellation Work
A typical session is built on three essential pillars: the Client, the Facilitator, and the Representatives. Through this structure, systemic reality can be seen, clarified, and reorganized.
Session 1
The client selects people from the group to represent key persons or elements in the issue, including abstract roles when needed. (for example, poverty, parent, health)
Session 2
Guided by intuition, representatives enter the Field and take positions, distances, and orientations that reveal the present systemic reality.
Session 3
Even without prior story knowledge, representatives may report emotions or sensations resonant with the represented roles through the Knowing Field.
Session 4
The facilitator observes responses, adjusts positions, and guides key phrases that dissolve long-held blockages and restore the Orders of Love.
Session 5
You may be surprised to find that the energetic shifts within the constellation field manifest deeply in your everyday reality. Even if your family members or colleagues did not physically participate in the session, the change in the energetic state ripples through your relationships. You will often notice a natural transformation in your interactions, spontaneously aligning with the new harmony established in the field.
